Step by step, with responsibility
Our long history has allowed us to observe at close hand the evolution of the HVAC sector and to develop an ever-deeper awareness of the role that companies can and must play in today’s world. We have come to understand that our impact goes beyond the product: it concerns the environment, people, resources and ecosystems.
In recent years, we have resolutely embarked on a path of integrating ESG criteria within the company, with the aim of reducing our environmental footprint and actively contributing to a more responsible business model in social, environmental and economic terms.
In a constantly changing world, our approach is based on Advanced Design to anticipate change, listen to real needs and act with awareness. This approach, driven by the exchange between diverse technical skills and dialogue across different disciplines, is essential to creating a more responsible, resilient and future-oriented development model.
Standards and Certifications
With the involvement of the Board and a cross-functional working group, we have undertaken a structured process to examine our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) impacts. Through an ESG Assessment certified to the GRI Standards® reporting framework, we have defined our priorities and developed a multi-year strategic plan with concrete, measurable objectives.
We have carried out EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) studies for the strategic Acqvaria and VLS product lines, using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology in compliance with the international standards ISO 14040, ISO 14044 and EN 15804.

In parallel, during 2025 we measured our organisational Carbon Footprint, obtaining UNI EN ISO 14064-1:2019 certification.
Also in 2025, we introduced a Gender Equality Policy and obtained Gender Equality Certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, a step that reflects the company’s commitment to building an increasingly inclusive and equitable working environment.
Another key milestone, in the same year, was the publication of our first Sustainability Report.
