Galletti Spa has recently finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in the Dutch company Airconair.

Airconair has been Galletti's exclusive distributor in the Netherlands for over 10 years. During this time, thanks to the valuable contribution of the Managing Director Mr. Joep H.A. Peeraer, it has significantly consolidated the Galletti brand in the region.

Given his extensive experience and professionalism in the HVAC sector, Mr. Peeraer will continue to lead Airconair towards the ambitious growth goals it has set.

This transaction is perfectly consistent with Galletti's strategy in foreign markets, namely to establish a growing direct presence, especially in all those countries where the technological level and complexity of the required solutions are particularly high, as is the case in the Dutch market.

We are convinced that the combination of highly qualified professionals like Mr. Peeraer's and Galletti's direct support, with products and services increasingly tailored to the specific needs of customers, can truly differentiate the market.
