This section supplements Galletti S.p.A.'s Privacy Notice for the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with the specific information relating to the Galletti Commissioning mobile applications, available for the Android and iOS operating systems.

Data processed and purposes
The Galletti Commissioning applications are tools intended for the exclusive use of Galletti S.p.A.'s technical staff and authorised partners, designed for the configuration and commissioning of devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.
The applications require access to the device's location (geolocation) solely for technical reasons relating to the operation of the operating system: iOS and Android make BLE scanning conditional on the granting of location permission. This data is not used to determine or record the user's geographic location.

No other personal data is collected. The applications do not transmit data to remote servers, do not integrate analytics or advertising SDKs and do not share any information with third parties.
Methods of processing
Processing takes place exclusively locally on the user's device, by means of processing in volatile memory. No recording, storage or transmission of location data is carried out, whether in anonymised or identifiable form.
Withdrawal of consent
The user may withdraw location access permission at any time through their device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services). Withdrawal will make it impossible to use the application's BLE scanning functions.
Rights of the data subject
The rights set out in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, as described in Galletti S.p.A.'s general privacy notice, apply in full. Since no personal data is retained by the application, the rights of access, rectification and erasure have no specific application within the scope of this section.
