ART-U received its first major award at the prestigious International Archiproducts Design Award 2019.

Sixty members of the judging panel, including world-renowned architects, journalists, and marketing specialists, nominated ART-U as the best product in the Construction category, selecting it from among 700 products and over 400 international brands. Art-U won over the judging panel with its outstanding combination of performance and innovative design.

ART-U is an important first achievement for the project, which is the result of the collaboration between Galletti S.p.A. and the Industrial Product Design Department of the University of Bologna.

The initial challenge was to demonstrate that Galletti, a long-established and leading company in the hydronic indoor unit market, could invent something that had never been seen before in a product category that had long been considered to have no great innovations to offer. The initial feedback from the market confirms that we are on the right track. ART-U's evolution is only just beginning.
