Technische Eigenschaften

HIWARM is a multifunctional split heat pump with total condensation heat recovery. Exchanging heat with the outside air it permits to air-condition the environment and to produce hot water for sanitary purposes without using heating elements. During cooling operation in summertime it permits to produce hot water and chilled water at the same time.

The main characteristics of HIWARM are:

Compressor installed in the indoor unit so as both to reduce outdoor noise emissions and allow the construction of a lightweight outdoor unit that can be positioned above the ground with simple brackets.

- Remote dissipating unit where the heat exchanger and the fans are housed. It is available in a version for outdoor installation and a duct version for indoor installation

The main constructive features of HiWarm are:

- Double water circuit.

- Air conditioning circuit with reversibility on the cooling circuit side and the water side and with set-point adjustable between min/max with a voltage-free contact or between min/max with a 0-10V or 4-20mA signal.

- DHW circuit with total recovery (in the event of simultaneous cooling) or in any case with recovery as a priority. This circuit is separate and unlike in other similar products on the market it does not require long heating/cooling phases for inertial storage which impair energy efficiency, above all in summertime.

- BLDC brushless scroll or twin-rotary compressors

- AISI 316 High efficiency exchangers with braze-welded plates

- Highly efficiency fans

- Throttle valve: EEV (electronically controlled electric thermal expansion valve) to take advantage from the possibility of generating thermodynamic cycles under reduced pressure let-downs, resulting in clear benefits in terms of COP.

- Integrated control of pumps on the system side and the DHW side: both pumps are modulating and equipped with permanent magnets electric synchronous motor.

- Advanced electronic control, which makes it possible to respond in a suitable manner to requirements under part load conditions. These critical components ensure optimal part-load operation, something that is increasingly taken into consideration and a discriminating element in the technical choices of thermal engineers.

Hauptkomponenten

 Outdoor unit

Outdoor unit

Finned coil made of copper pipes mechanically fixed to steel fins, accurately designed to minimize defrosting phase and optimize the efficiency of thermal exchange in every operating mode.

 Microprocessor control

Microprocessor control

The cutting-edge microprocessor control includes a high-technology software developed by Galletti which allows the complete and efficient management of HIWARM units.

Indoor unit

Made of painted sheet. Enclosing panels made of painted galvanized sheet with polymerized epoxy-polyester powders and available in four different colours for a pleasant aesthetic.

Electronically controlled electric expansion valve

Together with the compressor, it is the key element for the operation of the unit. Thanks to the PID algorithm that regulates it, it is capable of quickly adjusting to every working condition and maintain the cooling cycle steady.

Compressor

Twin-rotary or scroll hermetic compressor activated by BLDC permanent magnet motor and included in a completely sound-proof panelling, isolated from the main structure through anti-vibrating rubber dampers.

Hydraulic kit

Centrifugal circulators activated by BLDC electrical motors with stainless steel impeller and managed by the control panel of the unit to adjust the flow rate of water according to operating conditions and keep the compressor within its operating range.
